- Complete the form provided below. Eligible individuals include veterans, active duty military personnel, first responders (EMT, paramedics, police, firefighters), teachers, school staff, and full-time, active members of service-focused non-profit organizations.
- Ensure you have verification ready, such as a relevant ID, membership card, or certificate, that displays your full name and confirms your eligibility for this special membership.
- Our team may contact your employer or organization to verify your work or membership status.
- You can expect to hear from our team within two business days. We’ll inform you of our decision and provide you with the next steps to proceed.
