Terms of Service

Welcome to Max Express Car Wash! These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) constitute a binding contract between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Max Express Car Wash, located at 1805 W RR 150 Bldg B, Kyle, TX 78640. This Agreement governs your access to and use of our car wash services (the “Services”).

This Agreement becomes effective when you access or use our Services, including but not limited to purchasing a car wash or subscribing to a membership plan. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use our Services.

Max Express Car Wash provides car washing services, which may include different wash options, detailing services, and other related services. The availability of specific Services may vary by location.

We offer several membership plans to suit your needs:

• Day Pass: A single-use car wash pass that does not automatically renew.
• Autopay Membership: A monthly membership that automatically renews unless canceled.

Membership plans are vehicle-specific and non-transferable. Multiple vehicle discount plans may be available; please inquire for more details.

By signing up for our Services, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the Services selected. Membership fees will be charged to the payment method provided upon registration. For Autopay memberships, fees are billed monthly and will continue until you cancel the membership. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Service or change our pricing at any time, with reasonable notice when possible. Your continued use of our Services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at (512) 646-4038 or using our cancelation form: https://www.maxwash.net/manage-membership/. Cancellations must be made at least 10 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

By using our Services, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Transfer your membership to another vehicle.
• Use the Services for commercial purposes unless expressly authorized by Max Express Car Wash.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Max Express Car Wash disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Max Express Car Wash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration, as per the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties.

We may revise this Agreement from time to time. The most current version of the Agreement will be available here, and we will notify you of any significant changes. By continuing to use our Services after any changes, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Max Express Car Wash regarding the use of our Services and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

By using Max Express Car Wash Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
